Writer. Designer. Webnerd. Optimist.
Hi, I'm Heather Libby. I create content that inspires for causes that matter.
I have spent most of the past decade helping smart people and organizations win battles and create positive change online and off. My most successful infographics, visuals and videos have been viewed more than 1 million times. I wrote 2012′s viral video hit ‘Weathergirl Goes Rogue’, one of the most popular environmental videos of all time and my video comparing the Keystone XL pipeline to a persistent ex-boyfriend attracted international media attention and nearly 60,000 views. My latest work includes web design, social media and community management for the Bears Forever project, and design support for the Dogwood Initiative’s ‘Let BC Vote’ campaign.
My infographics and videos are regularly featured on Upworthy.com, ThinkProgress and hundreds of other online publications. If you prefer the written word, I am currently a contributor to DeSmog.ca and sometimes the Huffington Post.
